Professor Dr. Niki Glaveli is Professor in the Department of Business Administration of the University of the Aegean. She holds two PhDs in Management/HRM Management awarded from the University of Macedonia (Scholar of A. Onassis Foundation) and the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki respectively. She has been a scholar of the A. Onassis Foundation and has received the 2014 Emerald/EFMD Outstanding Doctoral Research Award in Human Resource Management from Personnel Review. She has taught various undergraduate and postgraduate modules such as: Corporate Social Responsibility, Human Resource Management (HRM) and Organizational Behavior and supervised master and PhD theses in many academic institutions in Greece and abroad. She has participated and presented her work in international conferences and published her research in international scientific journals such as: Tourism Management, European Management Journal, International Journal of Human Resource Management. Additionally, she is a member of the Editorial Review Board of Τhe TQM Journal (Emerald) and Baltic Journal of Management (Emerald), member of the Work and Family Researchers Network (WFRN) and member of the Scientific Committee of the Hellenic Association of Certified Stockmarket Analysts. She has participated in a significant number of EU funded research projects and her research focuses primarily on issues related to CSR and HRM/OB fields.
