Applications to MATBA are now open and are announced through the Programme’s official website, social media channels, digital campaigns, and other communication channels.
Candidates are invited to submit their application and all required supporting documents electronically through the designated University of the Aegean application platform.
Please note that the application page is available in both English and Greek. You can switch between the two languages at any time by selecting “English” or “Ελληνικά” from the top-right corner of the page.
To submit your application, please consult the relevant PDF Call for Applications and the Application Guide available on the page. The PDF files include the link to the University’s online application platform. Candidates should follow that link, register using their personal email address, and complete the online application form.

Each application is reviewed by the Programme’s Selection Committee. The assessment takes into account the candidate’s academic background and performance, relevant professional or research experience, publications where applicable, letters of recommendation, and performance during the oral interview.
To be eligible for application, candidates must possess at least an undergraduate degree from a Greek university or a non-Greek tertiary education establishment recognised by the National Academic Recognition Information Centre of Greece.
Evidence of English language proficiency, at least at C1 level, is also required, although native English speakers or graduates from English-taught programmes may be exempt from this language requirement. Relevant professional experience and/or academic publications in the aviation or related sectors are advantageous.
